These two foundations are very similar and both have perfection in the name, so we decided to touch on both. First, the Perfection Lumière has a matte finish and is regarded as generally long-lasting. With 23 shades, the Perfection Lumière ranks in as one of the most diverse in shades for Chanel. The formula is decently thick, so it is most beneficial if you’re looking for max coverage to control oil and blemishes. The Perfection Lumière Velvet is a bit more lightweight and leaves the skin looking very natural with sheer to medium coverage. In comparing prices, the Perfection Lumière is a bit more of a splurge running at €46 instead of the more affordable €34 for the Velvet. Depending on your needs, you’re sure to find perfection with Chanel.
